Weber Business Accountants was originally founded by Harold Weber and Tom Crawford as a partnership based in Hastings. The firm was incorporated by Peter Pretty and Bill Grant in 1990 as Weber Crawford Pty Ltd and moved to an office in Beach St, Frankston before settling in its current location at Level 1, 395 Nepean Highway in Frankston.
The firm's location has proven an asset, allowing the business to establish a presence in the Mornington Peninsulas growth zone whilst also facilitating wide-ranging support to clients up and down the eastern seaboard of Australia and beyond. The directors often visit clients at their premises but maintain the importance of holding board meetings away from the business premises in order to encourage objectivity and open conversation while also maintaining discretion. The board room facilities available at our office in Frankston have been designed to meet these objectives.
Weber Business Accountants operate predominately on a value fee basis meaning we will provide an approximate quote before we undertake the work for you. This ensures the transparency of fees and enables our clients to incorporate these costs when budgeting. It also eliminates the traditional ‘clock is ticking’ fee concerns and encourages clients to communicate more freely with us confident in the understanding that the value of information is prioritised over the need to recover every minute spent on our clients files. If it suits your circumstances, we also offer prepayment and monthly billings options as a means to manage tax and cash flow.
